Please be informed that we strictly adhere to a no returns and no exchanges policy at Jorah. Requests for returns will be subject to our review and approval. Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

(a) Minor alterations in the garment.
(b) Stains or marks on the garment before wearing it, with pictures to be shared to our official email within 48 hours of receiving the garment.
(c) Color bleeding issue, provided correct wash care instructions were followed.

Please note that pieces sent back without prior approvals to our warehouse may not be eligible for refunds. To request a return, kindly send an email to our official email id info@jorahmen.com with pictures within 2 days of receiving the order.

Please be aware that Jorah will not cover the shipping charges for returns. We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product representation. However, the colour of the final garment may slightly differ from the image being designed and disseminated. We cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
